- Registration & Deposit
We recommend that you enroll as early as you can, because each tour has a limited number of participants. We require a deposit representing 20 % of the total cost per person and per program at the time of registration. The balance is payable 60 days prior to departure.
You may pay by Money Transfers in US Dollar or Euro
Each deposit includes a $ 150 non-refundable administrative fee.

- Final Payment
The remaining balance is due to 60 days prior to departure date.
If you wish to register for a program that is scheduled to depart within the 60 days, a full payment is required at the time of registration and will be valid only when we will receive it.
- Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing to be admitted and considered as effective. All refunds are based on the date the written letter is received in our office. No refund will be given for any unused portion of any program.

- Cancellation by Angels tours
Angels Tours & Travel reserves the right to cancel a program or to make appropriate changes in any program in the best interests of the participants.
Cancellation may be due to insufficient enrolment or because of circumstances that are out of the control of Angels tours & Travel
If we must cancel a program, we will be notifying you as far in advance as possible and you will receive a full refund.
- Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you to purchase a travel insurance including trip cancellation and medical coverage. Check with your insurance company, to be certain that your policy covers you while travelling overseas.
- Health Statement
Participants on our program should be in good physical condition, and be prepared to do considerable walking or biking frequently on cobblestone streets and uneven terrain.
Many of our programs includes walking and stair through museums, castles, châteaux, hilltop villages and other points of interest.
- Losses & Responsibility
Angels Tours & Travel does not assume responsibility for any personal injury property damage or other loss caused by weather, strikes, civil or military disturbances, acts of governments, political unrest, theft, sickness or other causes beyond its control.
Angels Tours & Travel does not assume any responsibility for participants' personal belongings, including all luggage, handbags, carry-ons and other possessions.
